We Made It!!

Y'all, I am SO excited because I brought my laptop this year, not knowing if the internet would work where we are staying, but it is working great! And I am laying in my bed checking email and blogging. I'm so pumped because this means I will be able to communicate with Heath and Ella more than just once the entire week like normal.

Things are great! We had an amazing flight and landing. Tegucigalpa is a VERY dangerous place to land. Last years landing was so rough that I really thought this was the end of our lives. But this year was much different and I am so thankful because I stress about it for weeks leading up to the trip. I know...pathetic.

Anyway...we have such a great group this year, just like every other year. And I'm excited to spend the week with them and get to know them all better.

Today has been very laid back. We are now just relaxing, unpacking and getting stuff ready for the week. I guess I should probably go, so I can help with all of that.

But I just wanted to check in and let y'all know we made it safely and things are going very well!! Will hopefully update again.

I'm praying for y'all. Thanks for posting the schedule so that I can pray specifically each day for what you're doing. Please drink a coke in a bag for me :)

I love that you will be able to communicate with Heath and Ella more this time around. And, Praise the Lord for a good landing! If I were you, I would have stressed about it also. Glad y'all are there and safe and that you can keep us updated. Praying for you all!

I have just caught up on reading about Honduras! So glad you got to go! What a blessed week. I saw Julie's pictures on her website, and the kids are so sweet.
