Ella and I jumped in the car and raced to the hospital. Her sweet babies are doing very well. They are in the NICU for a few days, so I didn't get to see them. Actually I did sneak a peak through the little window on the door of the NICU and got to see Miles's legs and Sam's head, which was very exciting! And of course, I saw lots of pictures that Todd took when they were born.
Miles weighs 5 lbs 3 oz and Sam weighs 4 lbs 9 oz. Ella weighed 4 lbs 10 oz when we took her home from the hospital, so for 34 week preemie twins, their birth weight is really great! And I can't wait to hold Sam and remember what it was like to hold itty bitty Ella!
Kristin is doing really well! I got to spend a couple of hours with her last night and we had a fun time celebrating, even though she was pretty out of it off and on. I will go back tonight and hopefully get to see one of the babies. So I have no pictures for y'all, but will soon.
Also, most of our Halloween pictures are on my mom's camera. So I can't update my blog with our costume pictures until tonight or tomorrow. But I'll give you a little tease, I was a bubble bath, Ella was my rubber ducky and Heath was man who is going to take a bath, or just gone taking a bath. I'm not sure, but he was completely appropriate, I promise. It was fun.
I will show y'all this picture...
It was taken right after we went to vote. It was after Ella's first time to go to the voting booth. She was so excited and she kept saying while we were in line, "We going to vote!"
