Bluegrass and Bluebell

Our church had their second annual Bluegrass and Bluebell event a few weekends ago. I had been looking forward to this for a few months because last year's was so much fun! I love that our church does this.

It's a family event and the point of it is to sit on the lawn, listen to a local Bluegrass group, eat lots of Bluebell icecream and let the kids play. Does it get much better than this? Really?

Ella loves her icecream!

And she loved dancing to the music!

Todd, Kristin and Laney joined us this year! I love this picture of Todd and Laney feeding each other ice cream.

Sweet picture of Gabe and Ella smiling at each other. She loves to play with real life baby dolls.

Ella, Laney and Joshua really enjoyed their time in the bounce house. They enjoyed it so much that when their time was up, they refused to come out. So I had to climb in to get them. As soon as they saw my head peak through the little door, all three of them scattered to different corners of the bounce house. It was quite comical.

My friend Holly did all the face painting for the kids. This was Ella's first time to have her face painted.

Ella was so excited to see Kim's new puppy!

Me, Kristin, Laney and Ella.

I love this picture of Ella from last year's Bluegrass and Bluebell that my good friend Corey took.
