Ella's 1st Choir Performance
Between December 6th & 10th Ella had 6 Christmas performances she was in. This was the first time she had been in any type of organized performance. I was so excited to see how she would respond to being in front of a crowd. Would she be the one that freezes? Or yells the songs? Or pulls her dress over her head? Or picks her noise and eats it?
The answer would be yes to all. Yes she did all of those things! It was highly entertaining.
These videos are of her performances from Sunday the 6th. Her choir performed in all 3 services that morning and then they performed at our traditional Hanging of the Green service that night.
By the 3rd performance all the kids were DONE. But they were still adorable.
Dress going over the head.
Picking the nose. Head tilted and everything.
Joshua and Ella!
"Pa rum pum pum pum"
My Sweet Girl!
This was the first performance and you can hear Ella really well in this one. At one point, I think her and Joshua had a moment of competitiveness to see which one could sing "pa rum pum pum pum" the loudest. Please excuse the shaking camera. I was laughing so hard I could barely even keep my arms up let alone keep it steady.
Performance #2
Ella started out VERY enthusiastically singing loudly and doing the motions with much vigor.
This was the 3rd performance of the day and they were so over it. Three performances in one morning was probably a little much for 3 year olds. But they still looked adorable.
This was the final performance at the Hanging of The Green that night. Ella literally stood there and twirled her dress the entire time. So cute. She usually judges the quality of a dress on how well it twirls, so I wasn't surprised she did this.

Caramel Apples
Ella and I went to see Kristin, Laney, Miles & Sam last week. We always have so much fun with one of our favorite families.
After we put the precious twinsies to bed, Kristin and I had a blast making caramel apples with our girls.
They are just so cute I can hardly handle it.
This is Kristin's very creative creation. :-)
Ella enjoyed eating the toppings way more than putting them on her apple.
Our finished products. They were yummy.
Thanks for the fun evening Kristin! Sorry for keeping you up so late chatting when you have to get up so early with your cute boys. It was much needed. I always feel uplifted after an evening like this. Please don't move. :-)

Halloween '09
Well, I am finally uploading our Halloween pics! We had a blast again this year dressing up and attending our church's Fall-A-Palooza!
I always have to take a walk down memory lane for our past years of dressing up because it makes me so happy.
Halloween 2006
Heath couldn't make it this year, so I was a flower pot and Ella was a ladybug.
This is my FAVORITE! It's me & Ella, Amanda & Jackson, Sunni & Ava, and Melissa & Joshua. It cracks me up!
Halloween 2007
We went as 80's Aerobic Instructors
Halloween 2008
We went as a bathtub, a ducky and man in the bathtub.
Halloween 2009
Doing a little trick or treating.
One lady in our neighborhood gave out candy and stuffed animals. So Ella picked this giant blue bunny which she has slept with every single night is October 31st.
Our little tinkerbell. Ella's name means tiny fairy woman...so I thought this year her costume was fitting for her.
After trick or treating for a few minutes, we went to our church's Fall-A-Palooza. Ella playing some games for some candy.
Taking some time off from tinkerbell to do some bouncing.
Ella and "Bumbletron" (Titus)
Heath and Ella walking in for the costume contest. Which by the way...this is our FOURTH year to not place at all. FOURTH year. I mean come on, what do we have to do to win a prize around here. :-) Just kidding.
Ella and the cutest hotdog ever! (Karoline)
Ella's favorite part of any day is if there is some type of bounce house or obstacle course involved in that day. It makes me so happy to see how happy she gets when one comes in view.
Not to sound like a bad mom, but I always have doubts that my itty bitty dainty Ella can make it through these obstacle courses by herself. Well, she always proves me wrong in a big way because she bounds through these things like it's nothing.
My mom and Ella.
I love my little Tinkerbell and Captain Hook so much!
